View His IMDB PageGeoffrey Rush

The Eminently Evil Geoffrey Rush has starred in numerous films. In several memorable roles, he was a Really Bad Guy. He played the consummate politician Sir Francis Walsingham in Elizabeth, a movie where he got Pretty Sharp Attire, as well as getting to commit a couple of politically useful murders in the name of the Queen. As the Marquis de Sade in Quills, not only did he play a Historically Infamous Bad Guy, he also got to corrupt a priest played by Hot Bad Guy Joaquin Phoenix. Imagine how bad you have to be in order to wreak havoc on 18th Century France while spending most of your time behind bars.

Mr. Rush also portrayed Casanova Frankenstein in Superhero Spoof Mystery Men. Although this was a comedy and most of the actors went a touch over the top, Mr. Rush did a Marvelous Job as the Ultimate Super Villain. Cool clothes, cool car, Supergroovy Minions, he had the whole set of Super Villain Accessories. Brilliant Job, Geoffrey, and we look forward to Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.

Update! After seeing Cool Bad Guy Geoffrey Rush in Pirates of the Caribbean, Princess has been forced to change Mr. Rush's Badness rating from 4 to 5. He was Really Evil and was in Nominal Charge of a Whole Ship Full of Other Bad Guys. Not only Evil, but Ordering More Evil Around has to be worth something. And those guys were EVIL. (Alas, not a hottie amongst them.) And the Hat that he wore was So Dodgy that it may be considered on its own as an Exceptionally Evil Object. I just have one question: okay, now I love the tattered sails look as much as the next girl, but wouldn't that slow down the ship?
