Well, call me Ishmael! Or, Princess. Or, whatever. So, can we tell yet that Historical Hot Bad Guy Gregory Peck played the immortal character of Captain Ahab in the 1956 film, Moby Dick? No? Well how about this line: "To the last I grapple with thee; from hell's heart I stab at thee; for hate's sake I spit my last breath at thee! Ye damned whale!" I hope I've convinced you.

Historical Hottie Gregory Peck did indeed play the timeless madman Captain Ahab in Moby Dick. A total nutbar driven mad with the need for vengeance on the animal that ate his leg and haunted his dreams, Ahab drove his whaling crew to the brink of death time and time again. He had no pity for weaker men, ones who did not share in his all-consuming vision. This eventually led to his death and the deaths of all but one of his crew. It was really a damn shame, because even with the craggy face of a man who's spent his life at sea and the whole peg leg deal, Captain Ahab was Super Hot. Too bad he wasn't Super Bright as well...

And before anyone starts, I don't want to hear about any of the literary nonsense surrounding this book. My copy is currently in use pressing some flowers and I have no intention of opening it for any other purpose in the foreseeable future. But, maybe I will rent Moby Dick again. That way, it only takes two hours, plus I get my necessary dose of Hot Bad Guy Gregory Peck!

Hotness: well, he did have to lose something for the peg leg
Badness: next time, try for world domination
Guyness: is there anyone more masculine than a classic movie star?
