Dolph LundgrenView His IMDB Page

Another controversial selection to the Hot Bad List, Dolph Lundgren's portrayal of the monosyllabic Ivan Drago in Rocky IV is one for the ages. Is someone who uses steroids necessarily Evil? Misguided, perhaps, especially considering the long-term effects of most steroids on male genitalia, but that alone wouldn't be enough to get him on the Hot Bad List. No, it is his cool, calculating destruction of Apollo Creed (played by Carl Weathers) that elevated his Badness to new levels. His response to Rocky's obvious distress concerning Apollo's ultimately fatal injuries? "If he dies, he dies." Now that's the kind of viciousness we're looking for in a Hot Bad Guy.

Like most Cold War Era Villains, Mr. Drago is a soulless, brainless, killing machine. What else could you expect from a Communist? However, his steroid cocktails and high-tech training equipment are no match for the smaller, older Rocky's Good Ole American Determination. And that speech of Rocky's at the end? Classic. We give thanks for all cheesy movies, though, because they are the breeding ground for cheesy movie villains like Ivan Drago, who has a grand total of four English lines of dialogue in the entire film. You guys make the world a better place.

Hotness: Big, Buff, Boxer Body with a twist of steroids
Badness: well, he does kill a guy in the ring, but the real meanie in that relationship is Brigitte Nielsen
Guyness: it doesn't get much more manly than someone who hits people for a living
