It takes a True Villain to make this list without ever appearing on screen in the
movie for which he was nominated. James Earl Jones has done just that as the Voice
of Darth Vader in the Three Real Star Wars Movies (See Star Wars,
The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi). (Those others don't count, really.
They're hardly the same quality.) As the Coolest Bad Guy in the Galaxy, Darth not
only strangles his minions with the power of his mind regularly just because they're
stupid (oh no, not another Admiral!), he also commands a fleet of Ridiculously Enormous
Spaceships and has a red lightsaber. Love the red lightsaber. Mr. Vader also sports
Wicked Bad Guy Attire - big black helmet, all black outfit with cloak option, and a
nifty control panel. And let's face it. He wasn't nearly as intimidating without the
helmet. But again with that last minute change of heart. Wouldn't the last Real Movie
have been better if Luke had joined The Emperor and Dear Old Dad and taken over the galaxy?
Well, a girl can dream, can't she?
(It's the voice, baby!)
(Come on. The Guy answers to The Emperor alone. He's BAD.)
