HAL-9000

Okay, the whole movie (2001: A Space Odyssey) itself is pretty Evil, but the Evilest Thing about it has to be HAL-9000, a computer that malfunctions and starts killing astronauts willy nilly as they travel along through space. None of the Hot Bad Goddesses can bear to watch this movie again, but suffice it to say that HAL is pretty Evil. And malfunctioning. And whatnot. My God, it's full of monkeys.

Exceptionalness: I would hope they wouldn't make others considering how badly this one malfunctioned
