Christian Coulson


First off, let me assure you, O Loyal Readers, that Christian Coulson was 24 years old when he played the role of 16 year old Lord Voldemort neé Tom Marvolo Riddle in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.  So, he does, in fact, belong in the Hot Bad Guy Echelon, not banished to the Cute Bad Kids List.  We may be pervy, but we're not criminals.

Anyway, Mr. Coulson did a spectacular job in his big screen debut (a small uncredited role in The Four Feathers hardly counts).  Mr. Riddle managed to (kind of) put one over on Albus Dumbledore, no mean feat.  And it had to be somewhat challenging to play a memory that was trapped in a Mega-Evil Diary.  Still, he looked Fabulously Evil, although seeing him in that British School Boy Uniform gave all of us an Uncomfortable Feeling.  And the fact that he spoke Snake Language, framed Hagrid, and seemed to have no problems killing a 12 year old girl to make his bodily return made his Villainous Rating go through the roof.  I also think his cheekbones should be categorized as a British National Treasure.  At the very least, he should have them insured.
